I was in contact with Ms. Consuelo first, the coordinator. She answered all of my questions by both text and phone calls. She was very patient with me as I was making a huge life decision and did not pressure me what so ever and allowed me to pick my surgery date and the procedure I was most comfortable with.
I was met at the airport in a very nice Mercedes van by Ms. Diana. The van was nice and clean and Diana was awesome! Very friendly and down to earth. Just an all around warm person.
I got to the hospital and had a tour of the very nice facility and met some staff members who prepped me for surgery the next day.
